TENANT RESIDENCE GUIDELINES

Bassett House implements and by signing the foregoing lease, Tenant agrees to, the following guidelines to assist Tenants with long-term, life-long recovery from addiction/alcoholism.

1.    No gambling or pornography.

2.   All tenants are to meet weekly with management regardless if paying rent by the week or by the month. This is a means of further recovery support; this is not meant to be an inconvenience. If you feel that it is, let’s talk about it. 

3.     Any disagreement between Tenants living in the same apartment, or other apartment for that matter, that cannot be worked out amenably, will be brought to Serenity Consultant management for resolution.

4. Any Bassett House Tenant seen or known to flick, throw, or intentionally or unintentionally discard a cigarette or other tobacco product or any other trash on either Serenity Consultants Inc. properties in anyplace other than an appropriate receptacle, will be responsible to remove any and all discarded objects from both SC properties including the bus stop sidewalk in front of 508 Elberon Ave.

5. No washing of or repair of automobiles on the premises unless with express prior approval by Landlord.

6. No pets unless with express prior approval of the particular pet in question by Landlord..
