LEASE AGREEMENT FOR 3318 BASSETT ROAD

 

This agreement is entered into by and between Serenity Consultants Inc. a not-for-profit entity, hereinafter referred to as the “Landlord”, and _____________________, hereinafter called the “Tenant” as of __________, 200__, with respect to the residential premises located at 3318 Bassett Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio, 45205, referred to hereinafter as Bassett House.

 

1.        No Use Policy.  Bassett House is a totally alcohol and other drug free environment and use of alcohol or mood altering chemicals constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the Lease.  Tenant hereby agrees to submit to a drug screen upon request at any time. Failure to submit to a test or supplying a positive result to a drug test will constitute grounds for immediate termination of the lease agreement. Honesty about an alcohol or other drug relapse prior to a drug screen request will be dealt with mutually between Tenant and Landlord, at Landlord’s sole discretion.  

 

2.         Premises. There are three, two bedroom apartments at Bassett House.

3.         Parking. Each full apartment comes with one parking space in the rear

of the building. If both Tenants in a single apartment have motor vehicles,    they will need to determine which one will occupy their rear parking space at any one time.

 

4.         Lease Term. The term of the lease shall be month-to-month,
